IOL Privé wealth platform debuts in Uruguay with DriveWealth tech

DriveWealth is supporting the introduction of IOL Privé, a new wealth management service in Uruguay aimed at high-net-worth investors.

The service uses DriveWealth's brokerage infrastructure to offer wealth advisory support, access to overseas investment options and fully disclosed US investment accounts through one client interface.

IOL Privé has been introduced by IOL Group, which serves over 2 million customers.

The group is widening its range of services for affluent clients looking for wealth management, international diversification and direct entry to global markets.

IOL invertironline CEO Diego Pizzulli said: "Launching this project marks a major milestone for IOL Group. We started in Argentina more than 25 years ago, and now we are expanding our presence across the region with a real solution for our investors.

"The new platform will offer, through a dedicated app, advisory, investment and wealth planning services, delivering a seamless and professional experience."

The agreement also increases DriveWealth's activity in Latin America.

DriveWealth is a B2B financial technology company focused on Brokerage-as-a-Service.

It provides investing and trading systems for digital wallets, broker-dealers, asset managers and consumer brands.

As per the company, its APIs allow partners to create investment processes ranging from standard account services to features such as turning rounded-up purchases into fractional share ownership.
