Rosenblatt Securities' senior analyst Kevin Cassidy believes SanDisk (SNDK) shares' year-to-date rally is not out of juice just yet. On Tuesday, he issued a bullish note in favor of SNDK, assigning a Street-high $2,400 price target, which signals potential upside of more than 30% from current levels.
His bullish call is particularly significant given SanDisk stock has already been in a huge uptrend in 2026, currently trading at about 7x its price at the start of this year.

Rosenblatt's Bullish View on SanDisk Stock
For decades, non-volatile NAND flash memory was largely viewed as a commoditized component, subject to aggressive price-cutting cycles across mobile devices and personal computers.
However, the rise of generative artificial intelligence (AI) models and data-heavy inference tasks is fundamentally altering storage requirements.
High-performance enterprise compute platforms now demand maximum bit density, endurance, and supply certainty over bottom-dollar pricing.
Cassidy emphasizes that this structural shift repositions NAND storage as a mission-critical backbone within modern AI server clusters, which bodes rather well for SNDK shares.
As hyperscalers scale up training infrastructures, SanDisk's enterprise solid-state storage solutions are increasingly essential to preventing severe data delivery bottlenecks in complex neural network processing environments.
SNDK Shares Have an Advantage Over Rivals
A central pillar of Rosenblatt's bullish thesis relies on SanDisk's proprietary manufacturing edge via its advanced 3D NAND flash architecture.
Leveraging its cutting-edge BiCS8 and BiCS10 tech platforms, the company can pack exceptional memory capacity into minimal physical silicon space.
This dense structural vertical stacking enables SanDisk Corp to deliver superior bit scaling without requiring cost-prohibitive, complex production footprint expansions.
In his bullish note on SanDisk shares, Cassidy said this operational efficiency provides a favorable bit-cost curve, giving the producer a durable cost-and-performance advantage over rivals.
Note that Barchart also currently holds an "88% BUY" average opinion on SanDisk.
What's the Consensus Rating on SanDisk?
While not nearly as bullish as Rosenblatt Securities, other Wall Street firms remain constructive on SNDK stock as well.
The consensus rating on SanDisk sits at "Strong Buy," with the mean price target of $2,139 signaling potential for a significant further rally from here.
