KPOT selects Deliverect to manage third-party orders

Restaurant chain KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot has partnered with Deliverect to manage third-party delivery orders and menu administration across its network.

The collaboration will involve the deployment of Deliverect's third-party order aggregation and menu management platform across more than 140 sites.

The implementation introduces a single digital platform connecting external delivery marketplaces directly to the point-of-sale (POS) system at each restaurant, alongside centralised menu oversight across all channels and branches.

Through this system, revisions to menus, prices, and stock availability are distributed automatically to all marketplaces and outlets from a single control point. This eliminates the need to update individual channels or stores manually.

The deployment addresses this complexity by providing a standardised integration layer for third-party ordering across the entire network.
