Berkshire Hathaway Raises Stake In This Ramshackle Homebuilder

Berkshire Hathaway (BRKB) raised its stake in Lennar (LEN) and now owns more than 10% of the homebuilder, sparking a rally among beaten-down homebuilding stocks.
