Check out the companies making the biggest moves premarket: GameStop — The video game retailer and meme stock climbed more than 3% after CEO Ryan Cohen disclosed he purchased 1 million shares at an average price of $20.375. Cohen now owns 39.347 million shares. As of Thursday's close, that stake was valued at around $802.28 million. National Beverage — The parent company of La Croix sparkling water fell more than 5% after reporting fiscal first-quarter results. National Beverage earned 50 cents per share on revenue of $331 million. The company said it felt pressure from tariffs, weakening consumer sentiment and elevated packaging and ingredient costs. Kroger — The grocery store chain lost 3% after reporting mixed second-quarter results. Adjusted earnings per share of $1.09 beat a FactSet estimate of $1.06 per share. However, revenue came in at $34.62 billion, slightly below a $34.64 billion consensus. Oracle — The software giant leapt more than 6% after surpassing the Street's expectations in its fiscal first quarter . Oracle earned $1.92 per share on an adjusted basis and posted revenue of $19.35 billion, while analysts polled by LSEG sought $1.74 per share and $19.14 billion. Revenue from cloud infrastructure more than doubled to $7.4 billion, trouncing the $7.09 billion estimate. Adobe — The maker of Adobe Creative Cloud slid 4% after reporting current-quarter guidance that was roughly in line with estimates. Adobe sees adjusted earnings of $6.30 to $6.35 per share, versus the LSEG consensus call for $6.32 per share. Revenue for the period is expected to range from $6.80 billion to $6.85 billion, compared to the $6.85 billion consensus. Copart — The car auction company climbed 3% after fourth-quarter revenue topped expectations. Copart posted $1.15 billion in revenue, while the LSEG consensus sought $1.14 billion. Copart also announced it would acquire ACV , a digital automotive marketplace, in a roughly $1.9 billion deal. RH — Shares of the home furnishings retailer jumped 6%. RH posted second-quarter revenue of $922 million, beating the LSEG consensus call for $915 million. Full-year revenue guidance calls for growth in a range of 5.5% to 7%, while analysts sought a 5.6% increase. — CNBC's Fred Imbert contributed reporting.
